Winshare Thermal, a heat sink manufacturer is going to carry out a large-scale inventory count which is dated Dec. 30th and 31st. The targets for this inventory count include the raw materials in the warehouse, warehouse for semi-finished products, and the warehouse for finished products. The purpose of this inventory check is to strengthen the management of goods, materials, and items in stock so as to ensure that the account agrees with physical inventory. This is to guarantee the safety, integrality, accuracy, and timeliness of the goods in stock and assets with an expectation to truly and timely reflect the balance of goods in stock and assets and their usage conditions. This way the inventory count of goods in stock and assets can be more standardized and systemized. The results serve as a good reference for the sales, production plans, and financial cost accounting for 2017 and this is also an important portion of the 2016 year-end summary.
The inventory count at Winshare Thermal includes three steps which are the initial count, re-count, and sampled re-count. We assigned different people in each of these steps for counting on the inventory items. The inventory data was categorized and compared and we carried out re-count on the items in question so as to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of items in/out of the warehouse. The warehouse for the raw materials contains extruded aluminum, copper materials, and packing items. The warehouse for semi-finished products contains mainly the semi-finished aluminum extruded heat sinks, skived fin heat sinks, and cold plates to be processed. The warehouse for finished products contains friction welded heat sink, cooling plates, and water-cooled heat sinks that are ready to be delivered.
Via this round of comprehensive inventory count, Winshare Thermal can better understand the real conditions of our raw materials, semi-finished and finished products so that we can make breakthroughs in our year-end productions with effective data for stocks and procurement. The procurement and stock departments carry out the stocking up for productions prior to and after the New Year according to this data so as to ensure on-time productions and deliveries.
Winshare Thermal has introduced an advanced ERP management system in order to strengthen our management of the raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products and ensure each of the orders in progress from receiving the order to final shipment. We also adopt the site management method of the 5S modern enterprise management model as our management concept. This approach gives clear progress for each of the procedure from receiving an order to the final shipment and we can address any issue effectively and timely so as to realize the goal of no delay in incoming goods, no delay in productions, and no delay in shipments.
As an outstanding heat sink manufacturer, Winshare Thermal is manufacturing heat sinks in various shapes and for different levels of power such as aluminum extruded heat sinks, skived fin heat sinks, and water-cooled heat sinks.
